1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using our application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Service provider. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

Access to certain features requires account creation via Clerk. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Acknowledge that you may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the application settings.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity.
• Input or generate content via Google AI Studio that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service infrastructure hosted on Vercel or the Supabase backend.
• Use any automated system (robots, spiders) to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service interface, original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the application owner. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

User-generated inputs remain the property of the user, subject to the processing requirements of integrated third-party AI services.

5. Payments and Billing

While the Service may offer free features, we reserve the right to introduce in-app purchases or premium subscriptions. All financial transactions will be processed by secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge all incurred fees to such account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of outputs generated by Google AI Studio.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
